Even at 15 years old it's hard to imagine even the throwout bearing being bad at just 90,000, but if you're worried about it, get another (from Saab or OEM from a sponsor) and replace it.

Clutch disk, if you or someone else who drives it lets clutch slip a lot instead of shifting.

New pressure plate or flywheel surfacing, only if clutch has been slipping, Which you don't mention it doing. I've read on here suggestions to use a disk and sand both of those surfaces if you're changing clutch disks - - that removes glaze and lets new clutch bed down nicely, otherwise chatter can happen.

If you just do the throwout bearing, and any of those other things does later go bad, it's a fairly easy job to get back in; plus you'll know exactly how.

Since your hydraulics are working fine removing the whole package should be fairly easy. Get the Saab special tool or use a length of coiled-steel choke cable housing to hold fingers depressed, and jam a short chunk of 2x4 into the front of the seat to hold the clutch pedal down while you install it. (or have a helper.)

Yours is a turbo so you've got to remove lots of ductwork. Then yeah that plastic clutch cover is a pain; I cut one with a hacksaw blade, vertically from one side of the little rectangular clutch inspection window (with black plug in it) down to bottom edge, and that made it more flexible so it pops in and out easier.

Pop bail on front of tranny, cover tips out, then unscrew nylon nut and oil spinner, and put a long M8 bolt into the clutch shaft and get it to pop out forward. (There's a trick with a very long threaded-all-the-way M8 bolt, nut, fender washers and a big socket. Or, pry with a spring bar.) The shaft doesn't need to come all the way out so no need to remove radiators and fans; sure it would be more fun without them there but it's no fun at all draining fluids, removing hoses, then reinstalling them.

And the last big pain is the 3 allen-head bolts that hold the slave cylinder to the tranny. Harder than heck to get to or to get much turning action on. I have a Chapman Tool, little short baby ratchet set for allen screws etc., but still it doesn't quite fit in there and it's no fun.

Leave your slave attached to the line, and lay it back out of the way. That's what the flex section is for. DON'T STEP ON CLUTCH PEDAL till slave is back in and bolted to the tranny, or you'll push slave apart and have a mess to deal with.
