glad you found the issue, I hate those "problem not found" things!
Two things for you, and the board, if you ever need to do something like this again. If you unscrew the tie rod ends (maybe to replace them or to replace the boots on the steering rack) *count* the revolutions as you unscrew them, then replace them with the same number of turns. It will either be spot on or so close that the alignment guy will have difficulty doing it better.
Also, if you are doing Ball joints or half shafts you do not need to unscrew the tie rod end. you don't need a pickle fork either. you do need pair of safety glasses and a good hammer (a steel claw hammer works very well - *not* the wooden handle but the steel or fiberglass type). Uncrew the nut from the tierod end, there will be a flat side on the steering arm on the knuckle, position so that you can strick a solid unobtructed blow there. take your time and smack it, hard, do it until the tie rod end pops up. It will. If you are not doing ball joint but driveshave items (boots, CV Joint replacement, tripod bearing replacement, you only need to remove the two bolts on the upper ball joint, you can then move and pull around such that you can drop the splined end out of the bearing in the knuckle. (you DID loosten the nut when the car was on the ground, right?) You don't need to remove any of the break items either.
