Glass Pros replace windshield and then hack my dash

They denied doing it of course.
The old gasket was reused and there was old sealer smeared all over on the outside after the replacement. There were three peculiar smears about two inches in length each that were the worst of all. They were spaced out evenly along the bottom almost dividing the glass into third.
On the inside right were the three smears were, the front edge of the dash was messed up. As though a screwdriver was used to pry the windshield and the dash got in the way.
Anybody have any advice on what to do now? It's not like my dash didn't have a few cracks in it to begin with. ;)
