Stuck broken bolt and the extractor sheared too!

OK, now I've done it. In an attempt to remove my broken alternator bracket bolt (see post from yesterday below), my bolt extractor shear off in the brocken bolt.... just like oldsaab warned me about. I swear, I PB blasted it yesterday, last night and today before the job, struck it hard with a punch three times. I drilled a pilot hole and "gently" started my #4 bolt extractor. Apparently I was not gentle enough, because the extractor snapped with only a little force and is now stuck in the middle of the bolt!
So now my only option is what, to drill it out?
