I would look into the tires and alignment. Narrower tires will yield better mileage results -- I got 36MPG at 62mph when I switched to the narrow wheels while my aeros were being refinished. Also, alignment can affect the mileage in particular if you are driving that fast. I wouldn't worry about the FPR as at cruise it is under vacuum, and not adding any additional fuel. The APC mod is only in use when you are on boost, so that isn't going to affect mileage at cruise. Gas with the moonshine in it doesn't help mileage either.....
