no I mean the drain block plug
its under the manifold on the passenger's side - best seen from below but most accessible from above
the main bolt is 19mm I think but there are three 13mm holding the assembly on - it acts as a catch all for all the sediment in the system
the thing about flushing through the rad AND removing the drain block plug is that you get your lower block properly flushed out and not just the upper system
you can drain and flush in two stages
first with the main drain block removed and then with the upper radiator hose removed so you are backflushing
