unfortunately diagnosis via the net is sometimes difficult if not impossible. did you put the new half shafts in? If so, did you clean all of the grease out of the inner drivers and inspect the surfaces for wear? remember that the inner drivers are pushed via the transmission and they push against the tripod joints, that surface (the left side pushing means left side of the surface, the right side pushing means the right side of the surface gets the wear) and you want to see if one surface in a single driver shows much more wear than the other. If that is the case you can either replace them with other (sometimes used) or have removed them and had the cups pushed out of the bearings and swapped left to right. This has the benefit of putting the 95% wear surface to the 5% usage side, and vice versa. the the link for pictures
however, you could be having other issues. I'd want to check the wheel bearings first.
To check the wheels bearings jack the car up and pull a wheel off as though to change a flat. sping the hub by grasping the hub and pushing is around. it should not make any noise, and you should not feel any bearings, it *should* be uniformly stiff. No gravely feelings. Then check the other side the same way. If you can feel a difference between the two sides.... at least one of them is bad, and maybe both of them.
Also, another way to check them... get in a parking lot or other deserted quiet stretch of road (you want about 3-4 lanes wide) get to about 40 mph, take the car out of gear, and do an exagerated slalom turns like you are running a set of orange cones for a Road and Track magazine test COASTING. Do this with radio off, windows down, and listen for noises that change from the left turn, right turn, and in the middle. Again, you don't want to hear a groaning at the transistions from left to right. I suspect you will hear that. If you *do*... it's the wheel bearings...
