sure it will.

use the din box from the newer radio. The blue, red, and yellow cables are for connections to a companion CD player. If you can find a car with that CD player get it too.

The connections for the speakers, which is where the sound comes from, are still those funny Saab connectors on all of the c900 and on 9000 new models too. the first rule is **don't** cut anything, but instead unplug or plug. You will see an antenna connection, the two 10 pin (I think - it's the same type that is under the accordian in from of the stick for the ABS or SRS test point) one of which does the front speakers, the other does the rears, and the color multi pin too (on these push the connector towards the other half, then pull the ring away from the other connector and hold, and then pull the connector apart). The big issue is that this system usually has an amplifier under the passengers seat that drives the rear speakers. You *can* figure it without and either bypass the amplifier, get one and put it in, or use something else for the rears.

and Before someone trys to pound this, I normalize *all* of my c900s to be just like my 9000s starting with my 1987 vert (which is just like the 1991 and newer *if* they have the upgraded stereo), Now they *all* have the same am/fm/cas head unit, CD player w/eq , and the six cd changer in the trunk. That way I can bring magazines with me, don't have to fart around with the stereo controls because they are the same car to car ... Yes they don't have features that newer aftermarket units have, and maybe they sound isn't as wonderful either... I'm ok with all of that. All of my cars are the same and that is the objective. Oh, they are all stock Saab/Clarion too.
