Clean the AIC valve with WD-40. This will clean the built-up aluminum black funk, with-out any harsh solvents. Check the Ohm readings from the NIC sensor between #2 - #3 cylinder. Check the electrical switch on the throttle shaft. Clean All the ground contact on the fuel rail and lower passenger side radiator. This always good to do. Leave the key just to ignition ON for a few seconds before cranking the starter to allow pressure to build in the fuel rail. Pull hose from pressure regulator and check to see if either gasoline is present (Broken daiphragm) or that the diaphragm holds vacuum. Run some gas dry and a bottle of concentrated "Thecron" through the gasoline tank. Check for loose ore broken hoses. With a little checking and the great people on this site, You'll have given your wife a safe and stylish car to drive once again. Boy! wish a vert was on my Christmas list!, but four Saab's are enough for now! Happy Holidays to you!
