But on this "old brake fluid" thing I think you're off base.
Yeah it's usually dirty-nasty looking, and yeah it has a high percentage of water in it, which can lead to rust internally in say clutch master cylinder. It may be a great idea to change it.
But old fluid or not, it's still hydraulic, still incompressible, and still pushes the pistons just as far when the pedal is pressed. IF the seals are all still good.
My respect for you and your ideas is still very high though.
