grease gun: works a treat! A friend of mine has a specially modified grease gun for just this eventuality. The grease gun is fitted with a hose that is screwed into where the clutch line goes in. Screw it in, bleed it, and screw in the bleeder, a pump or so, and it's done...
You want it to thread in so it holds the pressure, and you can't go in through the bleeder unless you completely block the supply side so grease can't go that way...
