When 60/40 is more suitable for fwd car (in terms of torque driveability, not curving having the stick in the Neutral position). Also we'd mention that C900 will have 50/50 weight distribution under full (and PROPER) load and the empty car will have about 60/40 distribution.
But if we compare 60/40 (empty C900) and 62/38 (empty NG) then one can suggest that NG is prone to (more) understeer comparing to C900.
Nut:
C900 is the most true saab ever! :)
But nevertheless three years ago I had an accident of twisting across the highway on a wet road caused by two factors. The 1st one (initiative; this caused the car to go into drift) was that my rear tyres had very poor wet performance (when the front ones were almost ok; just bought that car and hadn't changed the tyres yet) and the 2nd one (that caused the show to go on) is that despite of all that racing background I had I stepped off the pedal and started working the the steering only or in other words I decreased the torque instead of getting it increased (to get out of the drift on a fwd car you always should increase the torque). Fortunately noone got hurt. The idea of the story is that modern GM saab which isn't a real saab will not allow this show to happen cause of the ESP system that C900 is unfortunately missing and can not be equipped (I thought of adding ESP but gave it up cause there's lot of testing to be performed when tuning this system and I don't have a private motorway).
