Gregg! I'm I missing something hear? Is there a liquid fill fuel pressure regulator that can be purchased or do you mean that your regulator is filled with gasoline?>(Blown Diaphragm)<. I don't know all the after market parts that can be gotten for these cars, so maybe your using an adjustable FPR. The FPR with the vacuum tube also has to be attached to the correct side of the throttle vacuum port connection. Good Luck!
