Sorry, I didn't read the whole story on the 2nd part regarding ABS (it's 3:03 AM here, sorry) but I think you could have a look at the ABS diagram from Bentley.
As for the 1st question - you do need the DMM (switched to amperemeter mode) to find the line that drains your batt out. Just plug it with your neg cable (in series) at the batt and start pulling all fuses out, fuse by fuse. If your C900 is SRS-equipped then you'd disconnect the connector from SRS ecu in order not to catch the trouble-code (and get SRS light on). If you get all your fuses pulled away and DMM is still reading high current values (everything more then 40-60 mA is considered to be high value) then check unfused line e.g. ignition (and such) and check the wiring harness (oh, boy, this will be a serious project).
And whatever is happening with your electrics you'd never get the brake pedal going to the floor the way you describe it. You really should carry out hydraulics troubleshooting. See a good dealer or a shop or try your own luck with Bentley and Saab 5:2 factory manuals.
