sounds like its out of spec and running rich. Bentley has a series of tests for all sensors and the like. If it were mine - I'd make sure all and I mean all ground connections were intact and clean, both on the block and at the cross member - if you swapped out heads its possible one or more grounds was not properly installed.
then I'd check for vacuum leak and a functional CSV and AAV.
finally I'd check for proper operation of the fuel pressure regulator. you can disassemble and clean this device - it should be fully closed when warmed up - open slightly when cold. if not functional it may cause your car to run rich
