Replacing the support bushings on the alternator?

Hello all,
my son has a (93) 900s 2.1 Non-t convertible. We have noticed the belts have been making noises on stat up and on further observation I noticed the pulley wheels to the alternator are slightly off to an angle which makes me believe that the original rubber support bushings have had their day.
What is the procedure for removal and replacement of the bushings and belts? Also, where is the water pump and what is the procedure for placing this as a precautionary measure?
Thank you.
G Han
