I'd suggest checking some boating catalogs too. I used to use one on a boat for oil changes. The oil changes can be much bigger than a car. We used to use a 5 gallon bucket to change the oil in a volvopenta or cat diesel back when I worked on a lobster boat.
Now, I have a griots garage vacuum one. You give it some pumps, and it draws the oil out. It seems to hold about 5-6 quarts, though I've never let it get too full.
