You can still get most required parts--used or new.
Myself, I'd get the turbo manual car. It will hold it's value better, and is a much better road car. Be prepared to never want to drive one of your other cars again after driving it though. :-)
Pre '89 cars have no ABS or air bags, less things to go wrong. 1990 cars had a few parts exclusive to that year (like front seat belt latches) that can be hard to find if you need to replace them. Myself, I like the '93-'94 verts with the 5-piece spoilers. If you've got the money, get yourself a nice issue-free low-mileage car. If you try to save yourself some money and get a fixer-upper, you'll end up spending the same money (plus adding frustration) in the long run.
