I've got that setup in my '92 900T now. I've got an OEM red box and a 3.0 bar FPR and I've also got the "010" distributor with the enhanced vacuum canister. Originally I had a 2.8 bar FPR in there, but I needed to go up to the 3.0 because I kept getting fuel cut (APC reading knock). I boost consistently to the end of the red. Occasionally when passing up hill I'll still get a little stutter, but not like before when the engine would just cut. I'm thinking of adding a rising-rate regulator to get a little more fuel after around 14 psi boost. I don't want to put in larger injectors because this is my daily driver and I've got a long commute. The enhanced APC and 3.0 FPR will definitely be noticeable, especially when the conditions call for boost; passing, uphill. The TE05H-12T turbos we have in the car are already pretty peppy in the low end--virtually no lag. You may want to consider getting an altered vacuum canister for your distributor to complete the package. It takes away the inherent flat spot at around 10 psi boost.
