ill have to take a better look at what contact points i was hitting to get the starter to spin, i used the screwdriver and just hit the two prongs sticking out the back of the thing, all it did was spin the heck out of it.
thanks!! power to the yellow wire
next time it happens ill pop the hood smiling :)
