How right you were. The place I am having work done ( including new top ) said I did not need a full paint job and were happy to downsize the job ( and their take as a result! ), telling me the OEM paint was in VG condition with excpetion of a couple of spots which would need hodd bein re-done and passenger . Car is going in on Thursday. Hopefully, she will be worth a picture when she gets out.
They even spotted how my local friendly Cadillac/Saab dealer had not done what they said they had done when trying to fix A/C system leak and while I was chatting about the cosmetics job were happy to diagnose and fix an A/C leak which had escaped the combined talents of a GM shop!
