I think the non-turbo cars kept the rubber "barrel style" mount right up to the end.
I'm not sure what the relative merits of hydraulic versus barrel mounts are, or why a turbo would use a different one from a non-turbo. If they're there to quash NVH, I'd assume a 16v four cylinder has the same qualities, turbo or not. Maybe the hydraulic ones are stronger?
That bracket is at least on every '86+ non-turbo, so finding one shouldn't be a problem. The '85 might even have it, in which case I'd just bring it over w/ the transmission.
