C900 heated mirrors were supplied heater power from the rear defog switch. Anytime the rear defogger is on, the heaters in the mirrors are as well.
I don't know if it holds true for all years, but most likely if the year of your car was one that could have had heated mirrors, the wiring is in place behind the dash, and all the way up to the body side of the door jambs, in the engine bay.
I did a 1990 base model, which came with manual mirrors. I had to add the door wiring harness (nice to have pick-your-own junkyards...), and cut holes in the fascia for the switches, but the power mirror aiming switch connectors were already there (taped to the main harness), and the 6-pin large grey connectors were near each door jamb, waiting for the door harness.
Installed the harness (you don't have to take the door off. you can get the wires through. It's not easy, but easier than pulling the door.), the mirrors, and was up & running very quickly.
