Check the turbo oil cooler for accumulated oil. Should be able to disconnect the return on line at the turbo and test with a lenght of rubber line pushed/sealed into the return tube. Cars that sit for 10 years tend to get rust on the rings and this holds them in place. An old trick my friend used on a farm tractor that had rusted/stuck ring was freed-up by using ATF fluid. We use an electric hot plate and boiled some ATF fluid and pour it down each cylinder with the crank shaft turn so all the piston were about the same height while the intake and exhaust valves were closed. A bit dangerous but, worked like a charm. Because the car sat for over ten years, moister still gets into the engine cylinders and causes rust on the rings and valve seats and valve faces. It's up to you to decide what to do! It will smoke a bit after you try the heated ATF trick. I'm really thinking you just have stuck rings that can't seal freely.
