Robert - I've been following your posts and feel your (cold) pain. However, flushing/filling is not going to solve your problem.
I would get back into that speaker grill and make sure the valve is turning freely and with the car warmed up reach into the speaker hole and feel the black plastic pipes of the heater control valve - they should be hot too.
If they're not hot then your valve is stuck shut.
If they are hot/ warm then you are probably getting some fluid into the heater core - You may be able to reach a finger down below the hcv assembly and feel the brass tubing that leads into the heater core - hot or not ?
My suspicion is that your core is full of 20 years of crud and flush/fill up front is going to do little to expel the crud - R&R is here somewhere in the FAQ ... easier with the driver's seat out, find a new one on sponsor site or fleabay, fill old one with lime away / or bypass the hcv in the engine bay with some copper tubing, soak the old one for a few days and reinstall - look into car/rv heaters that plug into your cigarette lighter.
good luck
