you have three choices - buy new connector housing s and pins and use new wires, buy new pins but reuse the old connectors housings or just splice in new wires and use your old connectors with original pins.
a) option 1 may be the best but arguably the most expensive unless you can find a donor harness with good connectors In fact you might want to consider replacing some of the injector connectors anyway and those that go to temp sensors - they tend to get brittle and break with age.
To do this you will still need to remove the pins in some cases and there are special tools made for this: they are specially designed to extract the pins on these connectors without bending or breaking them - They can be found at places like this: http://www.delcity.net.
b) option two entails extracting the pins and reusing the plastic connector casings - a good choice but you need to be extra careful about not bending/breaking pins - You can still find some pins available at speciality shops. http://www.toolaid.com/products.htm#2
I strongly encourage you to read this before proceeding down either of these paths

c) option 3 was the route I chose to go - cobbling together good connectors from a donor harness and using new wire where necessary and splicing the wire in without extracting the pins. BUT and this is a very big BUT if you go this route I strongly recommend the following type of connector: its water and heat proof and better than the original connection. These are butt connectors that use a solder and heat shrink plastic that provides a solid electrical connection AND an impermeable waterproof seal
