Good luck with that. I'm going through this now. Something will inevitably break on either disassembly or reaassembly. The retainers (black plastic) screwed to the back of the light itself can be purchased from eeuroparts as mentioned. If you are tossing your old lights, I'd just take a pair of channel-lock pliers and go ahead and bust that part to remove the old lights from the buckets. That way you won't break the adjusters in the buckets by trying to force things apart. Replacement adjusters are not available as far as I know. Theoretically, you are supposed to screw the black retainers to the back of the light fixture (new light fixture probably has them attached already), then snap the white internal retainer into those, lube them and push the ball end of the adjusters into them. If the adjusters break at that point, you'll have to get creative and jerry-rig them.
