Firstly, the gaskets are NLA. There are a couple things that you can do. The gasket shrinks in length, so find another one, and scab out a short length of it. Take out the one that shrunk in length, and then add in the short piece to make it more in contact with the window.
Lastly, you can take some washers and shim the latch mechanism, so it will pull the gasket more into the seal. I forget what the washer thickness was -- I just got metric washers that brought it out about .060", and therefore would pull the window inboard.
Glad you reminded me that I have the last two of the window gaskets Cunningham made in the wrecked car that need to be retrieved!!!!!!
