While the Autorust kit is a nice piece, usually it is not enough for a complete repair. The Autorust kit only contains the outer wall and bottom pieces. That area of the frame is a box section, so depending on the severity of the rust, front, back and inner patches/pieces will also need to be fabricated to do the job right. Before you order anything, I would suggest you take some time and clean the area, scrape away as much of the scale as you can and poke around with a screwdriver to see the extent of the rot. Below is a photo of my '90 SPG before I welded it up - you can sort of see how that area is a boxed section.
