Leaking turbo oil return line

Gentlemen,
85 900 Turbo; oil return line leaking at the block. Car also needs the down pipe from the turbo to the cat. Rest of the exhaust system is new(er) but was installed by bafoons and may take more work to straighten out than to replace.
Car has less than 75,000 miles on it and I have had incredible luck removing fasteners on every repair. Example: the entire A/C system came apart without anything being seize and I was able to reuse the steel lines.
I know I need to replace the O ring on the oil return pipe. I know the turbo needs to be loosened up so I can swing the pipe back into place. Do I need to have new studs on hand for the turbo mounting? Where do they break if they do break? I understand the studs are 8 x 1.25. ATP Turbo carries long and short studs that I have used on other T3 applications; are they the same in this application? Am I correct that I need the O ring and gasket for the return pipe plus a gasket for the turbo? Are the nuts for the turbo's studs the same size as those on the exhaust manifold?
Thanks for your help!
Scott
