Hi, I've been installing a clutch into my Saab 900 and I replaced the slave with a new oem part. When I bled the clutch with my power bleeder, all the buubles came out but still no clutch. I rebled and noticed a small amount of brake fluid dripping from the slave. Disconnected the bleeder (no air came through after 20 min anyways) and I cleaned off the brake fluid. Had someone drepress the clutch and I felt below the slave. There appears to be a small amount of brake fluid running down from the side opposite the bleeder. Could the part be defective or am I bleeding it wrong? I was pretty rough getting it the slave in (tight fit) did I damage it?
BTW, my master cylinder was rebuilt when I replace my clutch line a few months ago. All worked well with the old slave.
