The hub is different. This is the part that the rotor and wheel bolt up to. The spindle/knuckle didn't change. The hub spaces the mounting surface further out some millimeters for the rotor clearance.
You can get new hubs, or, IMO, the better option is to simply get the whole setup, balljoint to balljoint from a ventilated disc car, refresh the bearings & balljoints on that unit, and swap them out that way. Faster & easier, and less downtime for the car.
