If you're handy at DIY you can make one using my online tutorial (link below). If you're not I can make you one if you supply me with a good shifter and housing.
There is one based on my design on evilbay right now too.
None of the vendors who used to make them for the c900 do it anymore to the best of my knowledge. Even when they did, they only raised the fulcrum point marginally, and they didn't retain the reverse-lockout function.
I have them in all my 5-speed SAABs. I think it's a great improvement. My fulcrum point is raised 7/8". Some people like it less. My son's car has a 7/8" raise and the shaft was cut down 1.5" as well. He loves it. You just need to tune yours to your particular taste.
