Thanks Baggsly, here are my thoughts as of now.
1. The clunking goes away when I ride with brake pedal applied. This might point to shocks, maybe the pressure/gravity is compressing the shock enough to fill the gap which normally rattles. They looked original so I bought some new KYB GR2's. Cheap and seem to get a fair amount of compliments here.
2. I dived into front end suspension/steering but have not looked in the rear so maybe rattle problem lies there, will do tomorrow
3. My driver's side axle boot looked like it exploded. Grease is everywhere especially on the caliper and abs sensor. I noticed the sensors wires were cracked on both front tires near the sensor. They both were green/corroded. I'll have to look at the rear sensors. Can I clean this area with brake cleaner? If not what solution is best? This grime might cause anti lock light to be on, new accumulator on the way regardless.
4. I ordered the non Saab accumulator, believe it's for a Buick Regal but I need to pull a piece from mine to complete it, thanks for that info., I saved $$$.
Look forward to daylight so I can poke around some more...
