they are tight and not moving, and also your brake shield isn't loose or bent or hitting anything.
since you were yanking on rotors earlier i guess it's safe to assume that your wheel bearings/hubs aren't moving as i trust you'd have noticed that.
check the wiring on the abs sensors to make sure it's still tight and not corroded. you can take them out and clean the sensor and make sure the toothed wheel doesn't have crap in it (on axle. but you do need to replace the fiber washer under the sensor if you do that. i think someone recently did that (w/i past 3 months) if you use the search again.
there are a couple of different meanings to the lights, depending on which one and when or if both come on and when they go out. you may want to give a little more info on that if you have it.
