Some of the later cars have a plastic bypass valve near the firewall where the hoses go to the rad.
You can remove this and put in the appropriate non bypass valve hoses from eeuro or somewhere.
If you car has been hacked at to bypass the heater core/valve expect a leak when you re connect it all.
The bypass valve isn't too bad through the speaker opening, the core is a lot more fun.
