present i could have hoped for! Was really nice driving to work this morning, shiny dash (told her not to armerall the steering wheel, and she listened!), and freshly treated leather. Smelled nice, too. Put a few thousand miles on since the rebuild, and still driving like new. And have gotten used to the 'reduced' boost levels in this car. I settled for a mild DIY tune, peaks at around 14lbs (1/4 red). Left the boost cut in so i don't get tempted to turn it up! Have the timing set at about 21degrees with the 'bend the stop' 'mod'. I do plan on installing an AID from Brad one day (maybe i should ask for that for xmas???), as the timing is what makes the difference.
Steve-looks good, and those wheels are growing on me! 16's are a good way to go. And the wife just said "I like it with those lights on the front"... Guess i'll be looking for a set of those, soon...
Nice work, Nick
