1993 900T.

I've been having some exhaust smoking, mainly at startup. Sometimes it smokes, sometimes it doesn't. It usually clears when I drive the car and things get heated up. I was suspecting valve seals, but the exhaust doesn't smell like oil, it sweeter, like coolant. I'm not loosing coolant though and there is no sign of coolant in the oil or oil in the coolant. I do however have some white residue at the exhaust manifold/turbo union seam. One time--after adding some oil to the crankcase--I had oil coming out of the joints around the turbo and an oily smelling exhaust, but it cleared. That was about two weeks ago. Yesterday I got really bad smoking while driving the car, and there was oil seeping out around the turbo again--lots. I thought maybe bad oil seal on the turbo, but ran a compression test this morning before pulling things apart--155/152/30/130. I put a few drops of oil in #3 and the compression stayed the same, so it's not rings. Plugs looked fine too, not overly clean and not oily or carboned up. The car drives perfectly, boosts fine and plenty of power--just smokes a lot. Before I go pulling the head, does this sound like a blown head gasket? That's where I'm leaning, just looking for confirmation from the board.
