to be negative here. If anything my comments were intended more for others as a way of saying "your results may vary." Obviously your car must have been really special in terms of condition because the price you got with that many miles is certainly at the upper statisphere of what could be realisticly expected. And hey it's good for you and good for C900's as a specis.I guess having spent a lot of years in the car business I've seen untold frustration when people try to sell or trade their cars. The biggest mistake people make by far is just plain trying to get too much for their car. And a classic scenario is someone holding out for some crazy price for months and then caving in frustration and taking wholesale from dealer. Had they asked a reasonable price they might have gotten close to retail. I guess my point (and I do have one) was that your case was somewhat out of the ordinary, the right buyer and the right car got togather and lightning struck. I just hate to see people get overly encouraged by your example and waste money on ads while they sit on their car for months because they're asking too much. Coming up with a price that isn't too high or too low is hard even for professionals--apparently you hit the nail on the head for that particular car and that particular buyer.
