Working on cleaning up my 85 900T wiring. Have driver's side door panel removed to replace wiring that controls power locks. Had difficulty removing the bad wiring....unable to feed new wiring in from door and into rubber boot that connects to left front fender.
Based on feel, it seems like there is some sort of plastic piece in the middle of the boot. The other wiring for windows/side view mirror is fine; so it's still in place.
Any ideas or tips.
