Since this is a CE, you have headlight wipers. Disconnect the washer fluid hoses from the wipers and take the wiper arm off the motor shaft (8mm nut) before you try to take the bumper off. You probably want to remove the grill first and reach in and unplug the wiper motors. If you try to take the bumper off before disconnecting everything that is connected to the car it's a bit unruly. I'm sure you've tried to take the hood off before and realized you forgot to disconnect the wiper fluid hose--doingggg--same idea. :-)
Before putting the bumper back on the car measure everything (mounting points, tow hooks, radiator surround, etc.) from a plumb line dropped from the center of the hood and make sure everything is symmetrical. Sometimes if you get tweeked in the corner of the bumper hard enough, everything bends off center a bit. If it's off, you can smack things back in place with a heavy rubber mallet.
