ISAT will do nothing for your SRS (airbag) light. You need either the Saab SRS Tester, or a Tech 2 with appropriate cable end and adapter.
I'm not sure whether the ISAT is useful at all for the ABS system on a C900. You probably need either the ABS System Tester, or, again, a Tech 2.
ISAT is useful for many things (seat memory, EDU, LH, DI...) on 9000s, some (most?) things on NG 900s, but on the late C900s the EZK and LH2.4/2.4.2 systems, and little else.
But as others mentioned, the lights won't stay out if you just reset them. They are indicating a fault, and unless you rectify the fault, the light will come back on.
