it wouldn't run lean, the motor would simply run out of fuel after it drains the fuel rail the motor would buck kinda like full electric failure for a sec. until the fuel pump supplies more fuel.
running at normal speeds the motor would run fine, digging into the rpms would cause the usage of all the fuel in the rail.
I currently have this problem being my plastic fuel line has a hole and sprays fuel while it tries to supply the motor.
the above symptoms is the out come of insufficient fuel for the motor.
keep in mind I'm running the 30lb injectors and have the 3.0 bar and have a fuel line leak and the motor only drains the fuel rail when I'm in a very very heavy boost. I suppose a super week fuel pump would mimic the outcome.
