If no one else wants to jump in I'll give it a try:
Some of this is kind of obvious, some not so easy to find.
First you've probly got the little cubby console in your car, and that has to come out of the way: Pry out the little flexy black rubbery block between shifter and cubby and I think that reveals some screws. And others on each side I believe.
The ash tray and its entire metal holder have to come out. There's a 13mm (1/2") hex up in there that needs to be unscrewed. It will have an M6 stud out the back of it as well as a stud on its front side.
I think maybe there's something below glove box, torx-head screw going straight up, and check on other side.
The hidden ones, that are hard to find, are the two M6 studs with nuts, or maybe it's bolts, that are outside the passenger compartment, reached with hood open, way down in near door post, on the engine compartment sidewall panels but back of the firewall. You reach down in to find them.
They're usually hidden under a gob of flexible sealing putty, meant to stop any chance of leaks. Pry it off and save it, you can make it stick back down later, if the leak thing worries you. (I don't think much would ever get down there, myself.)
I'm doing this from recollection and maybe I'm forgetting something. But if that's all the fasteners, then you get a little persuasive and grab and tug the thing and it comes down.
As to the clutch pedal etc. you're on your own or use Bentley and the search here.
I will say I find that kind of work easier sitting beside car on a piece of carpet, you'll be looking up and sideways but it's better than upside down on driver seat.
If master cylinder is fine I'd leave it and wait for it to go if ever.
The little spring clip on the clevis pin on the yoke from cylinder to pedal shaft, I do blind, just with my fingers to separate the clip a bit and push it off.
It's identical to the clips on the hatchback lift pistons, if you want to see what you're dealing with, or if you lose one and want to get a spare from the junkyard.
