The area with the glass is called the rear curtain. You can replace that part without replacing the whole top. Instructions are at the Townsend Imports website if you plan to DIY. Or you can take it to a place that installs tops. The canvass is bonded to the glass in some proprietary way at the factory. You can try re-gluing it yourself. If it holds up, great. If not, then you can have it replaced. I've glued them back together a couple times with some success. You have to clean both surfaces REALLY good. Then use a contact adhesive to put the canvass back on. Or if you can find it, there is a special glue to hold the little mounting button for rear view mirrors that mount to the inside of windshelds. That works the best, but is harder to work with than contact adhesive. It helps if someone is in the car pushing out on the glass as you apply pressure on the canvass. You also have to unlatch the top at the front and open it a bit to take the tension off so you can stretch the canvass back into its original position. Finish it off with a light bead of silicone caulk to keep water from penetrating and separating it in the future. Get black for black canvass tops or clear for colored tops. You wont need much silicone just the tiniest bit along the top seam.
