That time I was looking mainly for reflectors and started observing complete headlights since wasn't able to find any good source. But finally I happened to be lucky to suddenly find some reflectors at one local shop and thus I gave up those shops mentioned earlier. So I've got no experience with the shops that you asking about, but from my experience and background of dealing with german sellers I could predict that:
- seller respond policy: NBD
- shipping prices are better than in UK
- many germans speak english (more or less), but it's a good thing if you can go with 'guten tag', 'danke', 'auf wiedersehen' and other essentials
- german are the best at packing then anyone else all over the world (you really need to have hands-on at some german parcel to get what I'm talking about)
- german of nowadays aren't those german as they used to be before (die ordnung ist die ordnung - not any more, unfortunately), but nevertheless they're usually still very good (I haven't met any mr. Lewis in Deutchland; british sellers are often much worse in terms of response time and communication in general - so I wasn't that surprised when finally failed with Steve, it's a usual thing for me when going british)
- DHL shipping in terms of transit time is usually on par with with Royal Mail (USPS PM) and ParcelForce (USPS Express)
- Hella is Hella, top notch. If it's a complete headlight-unit, then the only thing you need to do before putting it onto a car - just replace hella bulbs with something real
