A couple years ago I had to replace a 14" section of brakeline on the sill by the drivers left loof area on my '90 convertible. Lots of fluid lost there, also. But- Once the line was repaired I had zero problem bleeding the brakes - pressure bleeder on front, and ABS pump on the back like the Bentley says. No airlock of the ABS pump or anything odd. How about this - I don't know how you repaired your line, but on mine I replaced a section of line with universal brake line & fittings from NAPA. Could you loosen the repaired fitting, and pour brake fluid into the ABS reservoir to hopefully expel all the air thru the loosened fitting in the drivers compartment? Add the pressure bleeder (low pressure) to force the issue a little? Or get a long piece of univeral brake line, carefully attach to repaired line, and hold the end up over the roof (no fluid onto paint!) while your pressure bleeder feeds fluid back down, then up thru the ABS pump? Are you near Lisbon, ME? I'd be glad to see if I could help out - no obligation. Vern
