That's an interesting situation. At that mileage it's very likely that the pinion bearings are shot and possible that most of the other bearings are too. If both front wheel bearings are good then the only other bearing that would logically be the culprit here is the left axle bearing. The inner driver rolls in it's own ball bearing that's retained in the inner driver housing jusr inside the axle seal. Replacing that bearing follows the same procedure as replacing the seal. I can't think of any reason that any other bearing in the unit would make noise when one wheel is driven and not the other. Even if the differential carier side bearings were shot (one or both) that sound would occur whenever the carrier rolled regardless of how you split the torque. The gear pressure always forces the ring gear to the passenger side. Anyway, if the side bearings are shot the unit is due for a rebuild. I'd suggest inspecting the left axle bearing. You amy even be able to feel radial slop at the inner driver.
