A typical leak occurs at the front lower corner of the rear quarter-window seal, which shrinks over time and pulls away from the car body. The seal is, stupidly, no longer available from Saab. The easiest fix I've tried is to cut the seal where its melted end-to-end (at the leading, vertical edge of the window) and graft in about an inch of seal from a donor after having forced the seal down into the corner of the window opening, closing the hole. You can also try filling the hole with silicone; I've had mixed success. I have also had mixed success with heating the seal in hot water, stretching, then re-fitting: it either doesn't last or I've over-stretched.
