I found a great fluid silicone for windshield seals at Napa a while back. It runs a lot more than normal silicone (use gloves and be ready with a cloth underneath). I had a windshield leak in the corner that the previous owner had never repaired. It filled the passenger side well and ate right through the floor over decades. That silicone filled it and I sawed out the floor and replaced.
As far as the sunroof, I just power washed the car and found a good leak. Looks like the foam weatherstrip around the outside (roof side) of the sunroof is old, dry and ineffective. Got to get in there and replace that for to seal.
I have heard of the drains plugging. Maybe poke it out or try drain-o?
